Tech Time is our treehouse with the easiest access (and probably the most spacious as well).  It features a private covered porch on the upper floor, a unique indoor/outdoor shower, and a private firepit whereby you can listen to the creek.  You'll feel miles away from anyone (despite being 2 miles/5 minutes to downtown Dahlonega (you are even within range of your favorite food delivery services).  Guests can unplug and relax with the sounds of birds, a babbling creek, and the occasional rain on the metal roof but retain all of the necessary creature comforts including Wifi, shower, kitchenette, heat/AC, and a comfy bed.  

Tech Time is great for guests who prefer to avoid walking up and down hills.  It is big enough for a small family yet small enough to maintain a cozy feel.  It offers a king size bed in the loft (accessible by stairs), and a sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed.

Much of the wood you see - planks on the ceiling, custom stair treads, and live-edge siding - were sourced from the Triple Creek Property during development and created with the help of an onsite sawmill.  Business License #4856
